Data controller Following consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed. Optional provision of data The user is free to provide the personal data reported in the request forms at La Residenza however indicated in contacts to request the sending of informative material or other communications. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that the sites visited send to the user's terminal (computer, tablet, smartphone, notebook), where they are stored, and then re-transmitted to the same sites on the next visit. Mailup The site may use MailUp® (www.mailup.it), a professional solution to manage the sending of newsletters, email marketing and SMS marketing campaigns, with the aim of analyzing traffic, optimizing content and quality of messages sent. MailUp is a system physically located in Italy and offered by the company NWEB SRL (www.nweb.it), which manages the system in full compliance with the law and in agreement with the sender. The system does not use "cookies", small text files that allow anonymous analysis of how the site is used, but works by inserting a unique tracking code on some links (at the discretion of the person sending the message) and a transparent image of one pixel, which allows you to detect the download of the images contained in the email message (which is interpreted as opening the message by the recipient), or an equivalent system based on CSS (style sheets) to detect the opening of email messages in the case of messages with embedded images (Mhtml). These techniques are commonly called "web bugs". Whoever sends the message has the right to activate or deactivate the detection of this information, as well as being able to insert additional tracking codes on the links, originating from web analytics systems. Any information stored in the MailUp system is the date and time of downloading the images/css or clicking on one of the tracked links. As regards SMS, the delivery to the destination mobile phone is detected, with details of the date and time. At web log level, the IP and client used to download the image/css or to click on one of the tracked links is also stored on the MailUp frontend servers for a period of 6 months. This latter information is only available to the Judicial Authority (e.g. Postal Police) should it request it, but is not visible or consultable by the sender, nor can it be viewed within MailUp except to identify with an approximation to the Region, the place from where the click or opening was made.
